Help, workflow and shortcuts
You should never need to leave the tool to understand a screen. Help is one key away, and the dashboard shows where you are in the review.
Help on every screen (F1 or F4)
Press F1 or F4 — the keys SAP users already reach for — or select the ? next to any screen title. A panel opens on the right with:
- what the screen is for,
- how to use it, step by step,
- what the figures and labels mean,
- a link to the full knowledge-base article,
- a searchable glossary of terms.
The panel follows you when you change screens. Press Esc or F1 again to close it.
The workflow bar
The dashboard opens with five steps: Connect → Analyze → Investigate → Remediate → Prove. Each step shows what is done and what is missing — for example "2 of 19 decided" or "0 of 16 high/critical owned" — and the current step is underlined in gold. Select a step to go straight to the screen that completes it.
The trace in each finding
Under Why it fires, each side of the risk is shown top to bottom — role, t-code, authorization, function — and both sides meet at the risk. It is the quickest way to explain a finding to a business owner.
